EST Portal
Introduction
The Brassica Expressed Sequence Tag (EST) Portal combined the ESTs from NRC and AAFC. This site contains over 500,000 ESTs from four Brassica species. (B. napus, B. rapa, B. oleracea, B. carinata). Use the links on the left to search for ESTs by name, annotation keyword, or sequence homology.
The table below shows the number of ESTs developed from each type of tissue or physiological condition and the laboratory responsible for the development of the ESTs.
